Louis Poulsen Panthella table lamp
The Panthella table lamp for Louis Poulsen was designed by Verner Panton. The semicircular hood shines most of the light downwards and through the semi-transparent opal acrylic the entire space is illuminated softly. The lamp is designed in 1971 and is today one of the most popular lamp designs. Verner Panton wanted a lamp design where both the base and the cap functioned as a reflector of light. This is very well managed and that makes the form so unique. The lamp was originally produced in different colors and now in white.
