&Tradition Topan VP6. In yellow, white, orange, red, turquoise, black and green - Topan is a true celebration of colour - just like M&M’s. Sometimes the simplest things are the most lasting and memorable, the Topan Pendant being a brilliant example. It was the first mass produced lamp by Verner Panton, later to be followed by the FlowerPot. Topan’s simplicity and coolness proves to be of lasting value. Topan was originally designed for the hotel and restaurant Astoria in Trondheim, Norway, in 1960. Here, Panton used his textile designs Geometry I to IV for floors, walls and ceilings in order to give the room a uniform image. The Topan pendants hung all over, dividing large rooms into smaller and more intimate spaces.

Flag is a minimalist and funky candlestick with a geometric and rigid expression. The Swedish designer Jonas Wagell has created this new interpretation of the classical chamber candlestick – a light candle holder in five warm colours. In the old days, the chamber candlestick was used to provide light at night. Today, candlelight is used to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. With clear references to the chamber candlestick, Flag has a recognisable function and modern expression and is easily moved by picking up the little flag. Flag’s design was inspired by the little signal flags on floating buoys used to send signals to sailors. Designed to hold a single candle, the candlestick has a classic expression that would suit any interior style.

The story of Norm 69 is a true adventure. It is the story of a chance meeting that culminated in a happy success story. In 1969 Simon Karkov designed his visionary, futuristic lamp, which consists of 69 parts. But for many years the lamp was left lying in a loft, where it remained undiscovered. Then in 2001 an acquaintance of Simon Karkov saw the prospect of a fruitful collaboration between the team behind start-up company Normann Copenhagen and Simon Karkov. Only then was this now classic design retrieved from the loft. When putting together your own lamp, it is important that the material is flexible and can withstand being bent many times. Norm 69, as it is known today, has a long history of development behind it, with various materials and methods of production being tested, revised and re-tested. *cord not included.

The airy design of the bowl creates the simplistic expression, while at the same time ensuring the maximum lifetime of the fruit it contains; in harmony creating a new and functional design approach to a classic object. Fruity can be flat, suspended or free-standing. Fruity comes flat packed, and assembly is quick and easy, as is disassembly for storage.

Ballo is a different, amusing and happy toilet brush, designed by Jozeph Forakis. Ballo wishes you a colourful welcome to your bathroom, and wobbles back and forth, which is where its name comes from; Ballo means "dance" in Italian.

Dropit is a drop-shaped hook designed in wood by the designer duo Asshoff & Brogård. Its strong visual expression and exquisite finish makes it a little piece of art for the wall. In addition to a graphic black version, the Dropit hook has now been launched in three new colours: a simple Nordic white, a classic dusty light-blue and a trendy coral.

More than 50 years after Herbert Krenchel, the materials researcher and civil engineer, designed the Krenit-bowl, the original minimalist design has been re-launched by Normann Copenhagen. The Krenit-bowl is a perfect example of good Danish design and through the years it has become a design icon.
